Individual therapy is a joint process between a therapist and a person in therapy. Therapy can help people overcome obstacles to enhance their well-being. I offer a client centered therapy approach that includes an open dialogue and realistic expectations. During individual sessions, therapist and client explore strategies towards achieving client centered goals. Session can range from 45-60 minutes.

Couples therapy is a type of psychotherapy in which a therapist with clinical experience working with couples, helps two people involved in a romantic relationship gain insight into their relationship, resolve conflict and improve relationship satisfaction.
