Welcome! I’m Danielle Cromartie-Williams is a Licensed Therapist and Approved Clinical Supervisor in New Jersey. I have several years of experience in providing compassionate and effective mental health therapy. I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults through life's challenges, helping them cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and emotional well-being.

With a deep commitment to creating a safe and non-judgmental space, I work alongside my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques that are tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I use an integrative approach to therapy which blends several evidenced-based therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Techniques and Motivational Interviewing.

Throughout my years in private practice, outpatient, in-home, residential treatment homes and substance use treatment centers, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, from those struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma, to individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem issues.
